■ Terms of Service and prices may change at any time, and you are bound by those in effect at the time of your transaction
■ I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time
■ All Listed prices are the base prices
■ Providing references and/or a brief description helps ensure I can fulfill your request accurately and avoid mistakes
■ Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior will result in the cancellation of your commission. You will receive a 50% refund of the total payment-Will do: OCs, Fanart, Pokemon, Anthropomorphic, Kemonomimi, Splatoon characters, Ships (canon x canon, canon x oc, oc x oc)

■ Extra changes after the base colors phase will incur an additional fee based on the complexity of the changes
■ You can get a full refund if I haven't started your commission. If I've started it, you'll get a partial refund based on the work done. No refunds are given once the artwork is completedPROCESS AND DEADLINES
■ Your commission may take up to 2 months to complete depending on the complexity of the commission, workload and personal matters
■ I work on a first-come, first-served basis and can handle only three commissions at a time. If you want your commission to be on top of the commissions queue you can pay an extra 50% of the total price
■ If the commission slots are full you can reserve a slot by entering the waiting list. To enter the waiting list you need to contact me by sending the commission information. Once a slot opens up you will fill it and at that moment I will decide if I'll accept the commission or not
■ WIPs will be sent throughout the piece being completed (sketch, base colors, finished piece)
■ Finalized work will be handed over through google drive or wetransfer as a PNG and/or a JPG.USAGE POLICY
■ My artwork is for personal use only
■ I retain the rights over any commissioned works: I reserve the right to use the artwork on my socials, commission samples, portfolio etc unless specified to not do so
■ You may not sell or distribute my art commercially in any form, use the artwork in anything related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI, remove my watermark, paint over my artwork or claim it as yours.
■ If you decide to post it publicly please credit me
